Clear Absences

It is very important that your child be at school on time each day.  If your child is absent from school, please call the office the first morning of the absence at 451-4512. Only one contact with the school is necessary for each absence period. Please be specific when stating the reason for the absence: cold, flu, fever, out of town, etc.

Students must be in their classrooms at 8:15 to be on time. Students will be marked tardy when arriving after 8:15 a.m. If arriving after 8:15, report to the office and get an admittance slip to enter class. 

Homework for Absent Students

If your child is absent from school and you wish to obtain his/her homework, please notify the school before 10:00 am.  This will give the teacher time to gather materials and send the homework to the office for pick-up after 2:20 pm.  This should be done for each school day of the absence period so that your child can keep up with the classroom assignments.
